Cherokee Imaging was established in 2018 & is owned/operated by Derek Cain. Mr. Cain is a registered Cherokee tribe member and USAF veteran with 25+ years remote sensing experience with memberships in the American Society for Photogrammetry & Remote Sensing (ASPRS), Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), Oklahoma Society of Land Surveyors (OSLS), and Missouri Society of Professional Surveyors (MSPS). Mr. Cain has spent the last 8 years & 900+ hours conducting aerial surveys and is highly skilled at image processing, LiDAR processing and Project Management. He holds FAA licenses for operation of both manned and unmanned aircraft (Part 91 & Part 107). He is well-versed in project lifecycles, operations, processing/delivery, and end-use applications.
